The new Zhytomyr by Optima Hotel is located in the center of Zhytomyr, in the Zhytomyr Business Center on Peremoha Square.

The hotel has 105 rooms of various categories, two restaurants, a large, modern conference hall, a fitness center, and other facilities designed to ensure a comfortable stay and facilitate business events.

As part of the Smart Security project, the company developed a suite of technological solutions for automation, security, and IT infrastructure for the new hotel

As part of the project, the following was implemented:

GRMS Vehicle Fleet

Basic functions of the KNX-based hotel room control system with integrated climate and lighting control. DND panels have been installed to facilitate communication between guests and staff, ensuring prompt interaction and enhancing the level of service.

Access Control System

A system for monitoring and managing access to work areas and office spaces. The solution provides access control based on zones and user permissions.

Enterprise Wi-Fi

A high-performance wireless network that provides consistent coverage throughout the facility. The infrastructure ensures reliable user connectivity and the smooth operation of digital services.

Data Center

The facility’s server infrastructure, including monitoring, licensed software, and technical support. This solution provides a reliable foundation for the facility’s IT systems.

Video Surveillance

An integrated video surveillance system for monitoring and overseeing the premises and key areas of a facility, which is an integral part of a comprehensive security system.

BMS Conference Room

Script-based control of lighting and motorized curtains. The system allows you to quickly adapt the conference room space to different event formats and usage scenarios.
