- Control of climate, lighting, power supply, and the spa area.
- Information and service statuses, as well as leak detection in bathrooms.
- Automated management of cottage operating scenarios (“On Duty,” “Preparing for Arrival,” “Residential”)
- Motion and presence sensors for implementing automated scenarios.
- Local control of lighting, climate, and service functions via Apple iPad wall-mounted panels in every room.
SECURITY SYSTEMS
The system has been operating successfully and scaling continuously since 2014, providing centralized access control to all functional areas of the facility, including:
